The Last by Hanna Jameson
I like cover 1 best because I think it says more about the story; even without the tagline saying it’s chilling, the mansion looks chilling and potentially that is something I would like to read about. Whilst the more graphic cover 2 does not indicate what the book is about. The last what?
The Sentence is Death by Anthony Horowitz
I like the more detailed and colourful cover 2. The bridge is startling again at The red background and suggests death (suicide) whereas without title on cover 1 shorthand indication what it was about.
The Hunting Party by Lucy Foley
I agreed with the Belgium reviewer on this and liked cover 1 best. The yellow and black is a lot bolder than monochrome of cover two.
Everything I Never Told You by Celeste Ng
I agree with What the Belgium reviewer said:
‘I don’t feel very strongly about either of them. I don’t like the font of cover 1’.
Although I don’t like don’t of cover 1, I marginally find cover 2 bleaker. So arbitrarily O have plumped for cover 1.
The Woman Inside by E.G. Scott
Cover number 2 because got more shadow \ light on the eye mami g it more dramatic. Also the title in pink is bolder.
That is my thoughts; click link below to see Belgium reviewer’s full thoughts.
