Song Lyric Sunday Theme for 10/7/18: FOUND

As I was clearing tables at work, I was pondering which song could fit the theme of Found and what the word would be for the final part of the triology, following search and found.

Thought may search then find heaven, love or peace. Also thought about searching / seeking and finding answers. Then I passed through the work kitchen and caught a snippet of a great song. A song with the line ‘It’s not an answer but a question learnt in time’. Sometimes you are searching but, do not know you are, until later. The song is by
Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)
Green Day
Another turning point, a fork stuck in the road
Time grabs you by the wrist, directs you where to go
So make the best of this test, and don’t ask why
It’s not a question, but a lesson learned in time
It’s something unpredictable, but in the end it’s right
I hope you had the time of your life
So take the photographs, and still-frames in your mind
Hang them on a shelf in good health and good time
Tattoo’s of memories and dead skin on trial
For what it’s worth, it was worth all the while
It’s something unpredictable, but in the end it’s right
I hope you had the time of your life
It’s something unpredictable, but in the end is right
I hope you had the time of your life
It’s something unpredictable, but in the end is right
I hope you had the time of your life
