Same book, different cover #07

My opinions. Do you agree? Also see below for Belgium reviewer who provided the covers, opinions.

choose your favorite one. This is just for fun so there are no wrong answers! OK, I’ll go first:

Editing Emma by Chloe Seager

Agree with Belgium reviewer, cover 1 lo is morevexciting.

The Guilty One by Lisa Ballantyne

Tough one. If it was just picture alone would go for 1 with the man alone. With the title and pictures of children go for 2 which suggests something happened with childhood friends and I would hope something that remained hidden for long time before all unravelling.

The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah

Cover 2. Like the mountains.

In Search Of Us by Ava Dellaira

Cover 1. Like the unity with the blue, whereas in contrast cover 2 looks too busy.

Portraits of the Dead by John Nicholl

Cover 1. Love the look in that girl’s eyes which suggests mystery rather than pure horror like in cover 1.

The Guilty One by Lisa Ballantyne

The Guilty One 02  The Guilty One 01

I choose cover number 2. Difficult to explain why I’m more attracted to that one, maybe because there are children on the cover and it looks like a dangerous situation?

The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah

The Nightingale 001  The Nightingale 002

Definitely cover 1.

In Search Of Us by Ava Dellaira

In Search Of Us 01  In Search Of Us 02

Cover 2. I read that novel as well and I’m really fond of all the colors on the cover. I feel like I’m looking at a true summer beach read.

Portraits of the Dead by John Nicholl
