I have done 100thousand steps more than the next person in yoga group.
Yesterday, I attempted to walk from Sheffield to Doncaster (29miles), I managed 20miles then wisely gave up. One hip was aching. I had lots of blisters forming. Here it comes …one particularly big one.
Backs of legs got really tight and sore at points from running. Yesterday after got to 38thousand steps, lost my Fitbit 😦
It may sound like been healthy but also had lots of treats. In April I need more balance. Less treats and a variety of exercise rather than just running; which does not burn many calories at the speed I was running,
