I have just bought a book from Wilkos to use as a bulletin journal. It is good as it has deviders in.
Behind the second tab in book, started section for 2018. The front page says 2018.
The next page is to show books read. I will colour in a book, each time I read one.
Then I’m trying each week to write down what need to that week, what to eat etc….
Then during week or at end of week, I want to write what achieved.
I think I will use highlighter pens to, highlight progress towards long term goals, fun things, I have done and exercise. This would make it easier to see what achieving and make sure got a good balance of activity.
